We were regular customers at the Three Chefs restaurant during our visit in Hua Hin. I had the opportunity to savor one of the finest onion soups I've ever tasted in my life. The dishes are truly exceptional, both Thai and European cuisines. The owner and staff are exceedingly friendly. We will certainly return on our next visit to Hua Hin.

Family run business but the chef has experience from Europe so the quality is really excellent for the Thai dishes. Authentic food but with subtle touches that you appreciate. Unique for the area and great value. Highly recommended if you can reserve a spot!

Amazing European food and great Asian food. The owner has worked in many European hotels and produces very authentic flavours. I particularly enjoy the chicken dishes, that take me back to Italy, but have also been delighted by wonderful satay and other Asian foods. I have personally heard many whispered conversations, from other diners, as to the quality of the food. Try it yourself, like myself, you will return.

Wonderful family run operation: Moss trained in Bangkok, Paris and London and is transferring his knowledge to the younger generation who are preparing lovely meals. Moss comes and visits his patrons to ensure they are enjoying their meal and even offered us a freshly made apple tart for dessert. Wonderful people, great ambiance and delicious food. (Reservations may be necessary: always seems busy!)

Food was very good, extremely flavorful and fresh. Wife had the crusted seabass and I had the chicken parm and a garlic cheese bread appetizer. Everything was on point, I recommend you check them out if your looking for a quality dinner or lunch. Not very busy, only one other table of two. Quiet place with very little car or motorcycle traffic.

This is a nice little ‘hole in the wall’ restaurant, serving excellent food in what at first appears to be a very modest setting. AS it turns out, this is a professionally run kitchen turning out good food. The menu is mostly Thai, but there are some surprising exceptions. Try the chicken parm… it’s some of the best I’ve had… they manage to cook it perfectly despite not butterflying and pounding it thin as most places do. Ask for a side of pasta with it… the sauce is infused with basil, giving it a hint krapow flavor. The Thai dishes are also to a good standard. Prices are good for the quality of the food served.

We had another amazing dinner at this hidden Gem of a place in Hua Hin. The food is always delicious and the service is great. We had Chicken Satay and the peanut sauce and tender juicy chicken was the best I’ve had in Hua Hin. We especially enjoyed the Apple Crumble dessert with Vanila Bean ice cream tonight. The Gin and Tonic is awesome and only 100 THB. The Chef takes great pride in his restaurant and always comes out to check in and see how everything tasted. I highly recommend Three Chefs.
